Leon W. Anderson Building - State Office Park South - Concord, NH - *Pictures
Completion Date: April 28, 2006
Cost: $3,182,600
Architect: Jordan & Baker, LLP
Description: This newly renovated building is home to the New Hampshire State Archives. Our primary role was to enlarge the structure by adding to three of its sides, on three different elevations, completely doubling its size and adding a beautiful new façade made of actual granite. State employees worked in the building while we transformed the surrounding sections. In the pictures above, you can see our new black roofing and front entrance.

“Over the course of these last 16 years we have had the pleasure of working with Meridian on numerous projects including several school projects. Most of these school projects were difficult renovations with extremely tight and non flexible schedules, and in our opinion these projects were successful due to the quality of the construction team assembled and the direction and management provided by Meridian Construction.” – Daniel Clair, Eckhardt & Johnson
