Description: This was the construction of a new building with an overall area of approximately 83’ by 104’, including related site improvements. We updated entrance sidewalks, patios, and a courtyard with landscaping and site furnishings. We set new foundations, slabs-on-grade, cast in place elevated floor slabs, load bearing masonry walls, and masonry veneers. Our work included structural steel, metal deck, metal stairs, ladders and rails, heavy timber roof and truss frame, metal roofing, and related membranes and insulation. We incorporated metal doors, frames, windows, architectural millwork, and specialties. New plumbing and plumbing fixtures were updated, along with HVAC systems, heating oil tanks, electrical wiring, telephone, data, and alarm systems.
