Work Started on 2nd Phase of Waldron Towers Rehabilitation

Dover, NH - Meridian Construction today started work on the second phase of the Waldron Towers exterior rehabilitation. The project, which encompasses six floors, involves the repair of damaged brick masonry.

The first phase, which had been completed on December 30, 2011, included brick masonry removal and disposal, installation of new brick masonry, removal and disposal of existing flashing, installation of new flashing, installation of new masonry control joints, and restoration of all needed areas. The work was done to both Waldron and Central Towers.

 

Waldron Towers also included work to replace flashing at metal roofs adjacent to rear elevator tower, as well as cleaning and repointing damaged brickwork below.
