Description: Removal of existing heating and ventilating units throughout the school. Installation of new steam to hot water converters, and hot water heating piping system throughout the school. Installation of air handling equipment, ductwork, and grilles throughout the school. Infill of existing unit ventilator intakes and construction of cabinet infills. Spray foam insulation in attic areas. Construction of soffits and installation of radiant ceiling heating panels.
