Description: This project involved repairing damaged brick and masonry façade of Waldron and Central Towers. Work included brick masonry removal and disposal, installation of new brick masonry, removal and disposal of existing flashing, installation of new flashing, installation of new masonry control joints, and restoration of all needed areas. Waldron Towers also included work to replace flashing at metal roofs adjacent to rear elevator tower, as well as cleaning and repointing damaged brickwork below.
