I am writing this letter to thank you for the outstanding work that you and your men have performed at our office. As a medical office, we had very specific demands involving the cleanliness of the job site, patient privacy, and maintaining office hours. We know that it was difficult to complete this project while maintaining normal office hours of all of our staff. Rob Stewart, your foreman, made the process painless by coming in early and working many nights after hours to minimize any disturbances to our office. We were able to remain open for normal business hours during the entire construction period with very few exceptions. Meridian Construction was able to complete the project ON-TIME, and more importantly, ON-BUDGET.
Rob Stewart was an exceptional foreman, always available and always accommodating. We had absolutely no safety issues with our patients and no complaints about the ongoing construction project. It was obvious from the beginning that all of your men took pride in their work, and it shows in the end result.
